Soul Fire was founded in 2021 by newly retired Louisville Firefighter Bryan Elder, who spent more than 24 years cooking for the men and women of the Louisville Fire Department. His passion for cooking and serving high quality food, inspired him to create SFC. Now you can try all of the crowd favorite recipes that were created right there in the firehouse kitchen.
